Method of Payment

If the customers accept the price on offer and other details, he/she will need to pay at least 50 % deposit to Wisdom Xpress Company to abide by the book selling agreement.

To keep the payment method as simple as possible, we accept the following:

  • Internet Banking: our account 193-308772-001 (Hong Kong Bank, www.hsbc.com.hk)
  • ATM Banking: our account 193-308772-001 (Hong Kong Bank or Hang Seng Bank ATM system)
  • Send a crossed cheque, payable to Wisdom Xpress Company, with the 50 % Payment Form and the Order No. on the back of the cheque. Do not send a post-dated cheque. The mailing address is P. O. Box No. 74389, Kowloon Central Post Office.

Your Attention
  • To protect both the customer and our Company, please write down the following detail at the email order confirmation for all future references.

    Internet Banking: Keep a hard copy of the Acknowledgement for reference
    Order No, transfer amount, transfer on date, Reference No and Customer No. (if any).
    ATM Banking: Keep the ATM Advice sheet for reference
    Order No, transfer amount, transfer on date, Reference No and Customer No. (if any).
    You can copy and paste the required 50 % Payment Form from (E-MAIL SAMPLES 2), and then send it to us.

  • Do not write down any Credit Card information in any email. For your safety, we do not accept any Credit Card information via email accounts.

  • Please keep a hard copy of the email order confirmation for easy reference and for books collection. No complains will be considered nor claims to be made against external parties without the proper presentation of the order confirmation in the hard copy format.

Payment of the 50 % balance can be made by cash, cheque (only for service delivery customer) and EPS (only for self collection at our show room) after delivery or collection from our show room.

The above payment method reduces the risk of both parties. We plan to promote this payment method to other SME to reduce their running cost.
